Having trouble loading a map?

To use the interactive map, you must have the Macromedia Flash plug-in.

Internet Explorer 4.0 and above for Windows 95, 98, NT, or 2000 will download the plug-in if you do not already have it. A message on your screen will ask if you wish to download it from www.macromedia.com. If you click yes, the download will proceed automatically.

Your download may fail if you have set Internet Explorer's security options too high for automatic ActiveX install to function. Reset your security options by going to your Start menu and selecting Settings. Click Control Panel and then Internet Options. Under Security, make sure Medium is clicked.

If your browser is Netscape 4.0 for Windows, Macintosh, or Unix or Internet Explorer for Macintosh, you must install the plug-in manually. Visit the Macromedia download page and follow the instructions there.
