Larry Conlee

Working in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer (COO), Product Development including Engineering and Manufacturing at Research In Motion Limited (RIM), Larry Conlee will oversee RIM's engineering and manufacturing groups to help realize and expand upon RIM's longstanding vision for 'Always On, Always Connected®' computing and communications solutions. Mr. Conlee's experience in product development and life cycle management will help RIM execute business plans, effectively manage growth and sustain competitive advantage.

Before joining RIM, Larry undertook a number of senior leadership positions, with over twenty years of extensive international experience in corporate senior management at Motorola. During his career, Mr. Conlee has led a variety of successful, cross-functional teams competing in the cellular, PCS, paging and messaging sectors. Mr. Conlee's executive positions at Motorola included: Corporate Vice President and General Manager - Messaging and Paging Products Group, Corporate Vice President and General Manager - Pan American Cellular Subscriber Group, and Corporate Vice President and Assistant General Manager - European Cellular Subscriber Division.

Mr. Conlee holds a BA in Physics from McMurry University, Abilene, Texas and an MBA, M.S. Management, Cum Laude from Lake Forest School of Management, Lake Forest, Illinois.
