Gary Iosbaker joined Hewlett-Packard in 2000 as Director of Development in the Network Elements group based in Omaha, Nebraska. Today, as a member of the HP OpenCall Business Unit, he holds the title of Distinguished Technologist and is the OpenCall Chief Technical Officer for the Americas.

Mr. Iosbaker has over 25 years experience in high availability computing in the Financial and Telecommunication industries. Since 1988 he has held a variety of senior technical and management positions encompassing Systems Performance, Technical Field Support, Systems & Network Operations, and Research & Development. His current responsibilities include strategic technical planning, architectural design, and prototyping enablers targeted at the next generation service infrastructure.

Gary is a native of the Midwest who now lives in Clearwater, Florida. He is attached to OpenCall management group headquartered in Grenoble, France. While his primary focus is the Americas, his duties allow him to interact extensively with operators and technology providers around the globe.
